They explained what the likely cause of damage to certain areas of the home was, discussed with us why it needed to be fixed, and possible issues that could arise if not repaired. Following the walk through, we were sent a digital copy of the home inspection. This document was also very detailed and easy to read. The document walked you through each area they inspected in the home, had photos of the problems identified and a description paired with it to explain findings and their recommendations. This was very helpful and will be used as a reference guide when completing repairs in the home.
