We use a narrative inspection report. We like the look and feel of the report.
Here is a Sample Summary Report of the inspection report you will receive at the end of your property inspection.
The summary is printed on site for the buyer, buyers realtor and the listing realtor.
Here is the link for the Full Report which includes the summary towards the end of the inspection report. Both reports include digital photos.
Any issues that are found are written in blue and usually correspond with a photo that is towards the end of the Full Inspection report.
On the evening of the inspection all reports; full report, summary and termite inspection report will be emailed to all parties involved in the transaction.
You will have both hard copy and an electronic copy for your records. The full report can also be printed on site. If you would like the full report printed, just let us know.
