How It Works

Booking & Invoice
Once you’ve scheduled your inspection, we will send an invoice. Simply choose “Pay At Close” as your payment method.
Select Your Closing Status
- Option 1: If you know your title company’s information, select “I have my title company info.”
- Option 2: If you don’t have your closing company info yet, choose “I don’t have my closing company info,” and our payment partner, Guardian, will reach out to your agent for the details.
  Note: If Guardian doesn’t receive the info within 5 business days, they may charge the backup credit card on file.
Complete the Agreement
Sign the Pay At Close agreement at the bottom of the invoice page to complete your selection.
Please Note: Credit card information is required only as a backup payment method. To validate the card, a $0.01 charge will be made. No other charges will be applied unless the sale does not reach closing.
